I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room had a spectacular view of the Bosphorus, was spacious, and had clean bedding with daily snacks. The bathroom and shower were of a very high standard. The service was exceptional outside the rooms with a warm welcome from various staff members. The location was great for exploring the Bosphorus and Dolmabache Palace. The dining experience offered a good selection but lacked in taste. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I received exceptional service from the entire staff, from the warm welcome at reception to the concierge, restaurant, and spa. However, there was a slight issue with being hassled for payment for remaining nights despite already paying for the first night.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The room was beautiful with relaxing colors, spacious, and had a stunning Bosphorus view.
